Shipping Processing Time
- Orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
- NOTE: If placing your order through Sezzle, it takes 3-5 business days for the payment to clear to Self Defense Mall. Once the payment has cleared, we will start the shipping process.
- Business days are Monday through Friday excluding national holidays and any day our office is closed as announced in our weekly e-mail blasts.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- We automatically insure all packages over $100.00 that we ship. The cost of this insurance is included in the freight charge and therefore passed on to the customer.
- Self Defense Mall ships by FedEx, UPS or USPS for domestic orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard USPS.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by “Weight” and displayed at checkout.
- We charge a handling fee of $2.50 for all orders.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
- Certain products and brands distributed by Self Defense Mall are not available for export. Check with our website or your sales representative for details.
- Self Defense Mall is not responsible for estimating, or paying Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, and or Brokerage Costs.
- Self Defense Mall is not responsible for any product(s) held or seized by Customs or Government Agents: it is the importer’s responsibility to know and abide by all laws, codes, and restrictions on products ordered through Sportsman’s Supply.
Shipping Insurance Policy
Self Defense Mall automatically insures all packages over $100.00 that we ship. The cost of this insurance is included in the freight charge and therefore passed on to the customer.
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
