Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Time

    • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
    • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays and any days our office is closed, as announced in our weekly email blasts.
    • In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. We will notify you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Carriers

    • Self Defense Mall ships domestically via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Unless specified otherwise, orders will be shipped using standard USPS.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout.
    • A handling fee of $2.50 applies to all orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    • Certain products and brands distributed by Self Defense Mall are not available for export. Please check our website or consult with a sales representative for details.
    • Self Defense Mall is not responsible for estimating or paying Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, and/or Brokerage Costs.
    • Self Defense Mall is not responsible for any product(s) held or seized by Customs or Government Agents. It is the importer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws, codes, and restrictions regarding products ordered through Self Defense Mall.

Delivery Responsibility

    • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx), Self Defense Mall is no longer responsible for the package.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location is secure. Self Defense Mall will not replace or refund orders that are confirmed as delivered.
    • Customers are strongly advised to monitor their tracking information and take appropriate measures to secure their delivery.

Returns Policy

    • We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@selfdefensemall.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once the item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
