Police glasses cams capture interactions with citizens I Team WBAL Home

Laurel police have been wearing tiny video cameras on pairs of glasses for months, recording their interactions with citizens. One Baltimore City delegate is drafting legislation requiring all police departments in Maryland to do that. 11 News I-Team reporter David Collins went along for a ride to see how the devices work.
